Make space to notice your experience, your needs and what matters to you beyond everyday roles.
METANOIA BY ÉLAN D’ELLE
A developing approach to self-reconnection and intentional change, created by Phanie Albert. Metanoia invites women to understand themselves beyond the roles they carry and make more room for their needs, values and choices.
The Metanoia Method grows from feminist values, reflection and experiential learning. Its intention is to support women in noticing the expectations and habits shaping their lives, reconnecting with what matters to them and practising choices that fit their circumstances. There is room for uncertainty, different rhythms and changing needs.
The method and its supporting materials are being developed and refined. The full program is not yet open for enrollment. Current workshops can be explored separately.

A Metanoia book is being developed as an invitation to understand yourself beyond the roles and responsibilities you carry. It will explore identity, needs, values, relationships and the choices that shape everyday life through accessible reflection and selected practices.
Its intention is to help readers build personal reference points they can return to as their lives evolve. Publication details will be shared when ready.
