Phanie is a feminist counsellor, dance therapy instructor, women’s health and wellness coach, and mother.

She completed interdisciplinary university studies in psychology and social studies and holds a diploma in fitness, along with multiple fitness certifications. She brings over a decade of fitness experience to her work, complemented by her experience supporting women and facilitating groups.

Her work is grounded in a commitment to women’s autonomy, dignity, and well-being. She believes women deserve opportunities to thrive after difficult or traumatic experiences. Through advocacy, education, and practical support, she helps women reconnect with their strengths, clarify their needs, and take meaningful steps toward the lives they want.

Élan d’Elle grew from a clear purpose: supporting women in becoming the experts on themselves. Phanie’s approach combines curiosity and creativity with guided reflection, conversation, writing, and optional movement. She offers structure and tools that connect self-understanding with everyday well-being, while respecting each woman’s lived experience, choices, and pace.

Phanie offers services in French and English, with a strong commitment to Francophone community connection.
